Oatmeal with Banana

This is a delicious recipe for breakfast, for only 300 calories. It is high in fiber, and low in fat. It is tasty and makes you full for hours . You can increase the ingredients according to your preferences, yet you have to be careful that this will add up to the calories.


  • 4 Tbsp. Oat
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 fruit of choice 
  • 2 walnuts
  • 1 tsp. Honey


Add 1 tsp. of honey to the milk and stir until dissolved. Add the milk to the oat and let it soak for 15 minutes (less if the milk is hot). Slice a banana and add it to the mixture. Garnish with the walnuts. Bon appetite.
